York won against Fryeburg  on Monday with eight  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Wednesday. The Wildcats beat the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots by the very same score they won with in their prior game:  8-4. The  win was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on three straight.

  Conor Fell and  Robbie Hanscom did most of the damage at the plate:  Fell  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI, while  Hanscom  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and one  double. Those  three  RBI gave  Hanscom a new career-high.  John Jacobsohn also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
York's record now sits at 9-2. As for Gray-New Gloucester,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 5-5.
 Looking ahead, York will challenge Cape Elizabeth at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Capers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9  runs per game  this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Gray-New Gloucester, they will take on Yarmouth at 4:45  p.m.  on Friday.
