Riverton got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They put the hurt on the Olympia Spartans with a sharp 65-43 victory on Tuesday. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

With the win, Riverton broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 18-5. As for Olympia, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverton will welcome Bloomington Central Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Olympia, they will challenge New Berlin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
