Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Beaux Turner, who scored eight points along with three steals. Turner hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Alvaro Galindo, who scored no points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
The victory got Midessa back to even at 4-4. As for Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
