The Udall Eagles lost against the Argonia Red Raiders last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Udall fell to Argonia 58-52. Udall has not had much luck with Argonia recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
When it comes to explaining why Udall lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jenson Harness. Despite the final result, he scored 26 points along with five rebounds. That was a full 50% of Udall's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Hornecker, who scored 15 points.
Udall dropped their record down to 3-8 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Argonia, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Udall will take on Flinthills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
