It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Lincoln Christian Bulldogs had no problem doing just that on Friday. They breezed by Bristow at home to the tune of 56-6. The victory was just business as usual for Lincoln Christian, who after 11 games remain undefeated this season.
Moses Fullingim got back to being his usual excellent self, as he rushed for 192 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry. Luke Milligan was another key contributor, throwing for 169 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes.
Lincoln Christian has yet to lose a matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 11-0 record. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 42.85 points. As for Bristow, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-6.
Lincoln Christian will take on Sulphur at TBD on Friday. Sulphur is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Bristow does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
