Legacy Christian Academy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victor by a 64-43 margin over the Valor Preparatory Academy Knights on Friday. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Valor Preparatory Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Connor McFarling went 8-for-15 to rack up 22 points and seven boards. McFarling is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 53% in the last six games he's played. Another player making a difference was Luke Curtice, who posted six points.

Legacy Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points over those games. Valor Preparatory Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 22-4.
