You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Plant's strategy against Plant City on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Plant Panthers blew the Plant City Raiders out of the water with a 57-23 final score. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 26 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Plant City saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Harmoney Ford posted four points and eight boards. Ford has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times she's played.

Plant's win bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Plant City, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
