Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Robbinsville Black Knights walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 44-14 victory over the Cavaliers at home. The win was familiar territory for Robbinsville who now have nine in a row.
Cuttler Adams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 282 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. Adams' longest rush was for an incredible 85 yards. Chase Calhoun was another key contributor, rushing for 64 yards and two touchdowns.
Robbinsville pushed their record up to 13-1 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.0 points per game. As for North Rowan, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-3.
Robbinsville's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Mount Airy at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st. Mount Airy is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. North Rowan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
