Volleyball Recap: Sebeka's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Sebeka had won two straight games and Emma Ness did her part to make it three on Thursday. The Trojans walked away with a 3-1 win over the Verndale Pirates with plenty of help from Ness, who had 27 digs. Ness is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 11 every time she's taken the court this season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22, 16-25, 25-21.

Sebeka's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Verndale, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Coming up, Sebeka will take on Pierz at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Verndale, they will head out on the road to square off against Nevis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
