Bartlett hasn't had much luck against Northbridge recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Indians will look to defend their home field against the Rams at 3:30 p.m. Bartlett is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.8 runs per game this season.

Bartlett is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 17 runs last Friday, they were much more limited against Uxbridge on Wednesday. They lost 9-2 to the Spartans.

Bartlett saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyler Whiting, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Northbridge entered their tilt with Hopedale on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Blue Raiders by a score of 5-2.

Avery Sabourin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on three hits and racked up eight Ks.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ryan Miley, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of David Scichilone, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Bartlett's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Northbridge, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Northbridge's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Bartlett hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .320. It's a different story for Northbridge, though, as they've only averaged .221. Will they be able to contain Bartlett's hitters?
