After losing to Flowery Branch the last time they met, Dacula decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Dacula came out on top against Flowery Branch by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for Dacula as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Dacula never let Flowery Branch on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-14.

Zarayah Kennedy paced Dacula's offense, picking up seven kills. Kennedy got some help from Elena Pucciano and her 21 assists.

Dacula's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Flowery Branch, they dropped their record down to 3-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Dacula will challenge Cambridge at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Flowery Branch, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Seckinger on the 19th.
