As a matter of fact, that's the most points Patterson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Deonte Fielder Jr, who scored ten points along with three steals.
Darius Livingston continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Discovery, scoring 21 points along with seven assists and five steals. Livingston hasn't dropped below 15points for seven straight games. Willie Wilson was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with seven rebounds.
Haines City has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for Discovery, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
Haines City and McKeel Academy will face off at 8:00 p.m. on January 15th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. McKeel Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Haines City in Florida (McKeel Academy is ranked 229th, while Haines City is ranked 551st). As for Discovery, they will head out on the road to take on Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
