  Nadya Vasquez was a standout: she got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with three  runs, a  triple,  and two  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aolani Cortes, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances.
 Lincoln has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 12 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record  this season. As for Oak Grove, their win  ended  a  ten-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 3-13.
 Lincoln skirted past Oak Grove  2-1 when the teams last played  back in March. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was  Oak Grove's  Taryn Shannon, who   didn't allow a single  earned run over six innings pitched.
