Sabino had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. Everything went their way against the Cholla Chargers as the Sabino Sabercats made off with a 3-0 victory. Benjamin Forgue paced Sabino's offense, picking up ten kills. Forgue got some help from Logan Bradshaw and his 15 assists. Lance Moody controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sabino will venture away from home to face off against Amphitheater at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cholla, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Sequoia Pathway Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
