In what's become a running theme this season, the Aptos Mariners gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They put the hurt on Soquel with a sharp 65-41 victory. The victory was nothing new for Aptos as they're now sitting on four straight.
It was another big night for Isaiah Ackerman, who scored 25 points along with four steals. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. Mateo Calfe was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Aptos has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Soquel, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-12.
