Chowchilla pushed their record up to 19-12 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points over those games. As for Taft, their loss dropped their record down to 16-13.
Looking ahead, Chowchilla will square off against Fowler at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Fowler's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests. Taft does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
