Hermon had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. Everything went their way against John Bapst Memorial on Saturday as they made off with a 33-0 win. That result is just more of the same for Hermon, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Hermon a 1-0 record and starting John Bapst Memorial off at 0-1.
Hermon will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Morse at 7:00 PM. John Bapst Memorial are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Old Town next week at 7:00 PM.
