Rimiez Williams Delivers Best Performance of Season
Rimiez Williams produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Hertford County to the win on Friday. Williams picked up 83 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 53 yards and two touchdowns. He got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 72 yards.
Hertford County's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5. Williams and Hertford County will welcome Manteo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Amaree Jackson Leads Holmes over First Flight
Holmes was led to victory by Amaree Jackson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Jackson rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. Holmes is 3-1 when Jackson posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

For the year, White has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 134.8 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging five rushing yards per game.
