After a string of four wins, Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They lost 72-50 to the Central Rockets. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Rockets are ranked 31st).

Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Keri Foster led the charge by going 9 of 14 on his way to 21 points. Foster's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Suarez, who went 8 for 14 on his way to 19 points and eight rebounds.

Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Central, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.
