Red Level fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against W.S. Neal on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 16-13 to the W.S. Neal Eagles. The Tigers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Caroline Blackwell put in work while hitting and pitching. She struck out ten batters over eight innings while giving up five earned (and ten unearned) runs off 11 hits. What's more, she gave up only two walks, the fewest she's had since back in April of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with three RBI and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024.
