Season Preview:According to the official Oak Hill Academy team website, the Warriors have finished among a national Top 25 ranking service 31 consecutive seasons. The 2019-20 season should no doubt make it number 32.
Although they won't enter as the national favorite, the perennial powerhouse features another talented lineup that will lean heavily on the offensive production from last year's leading scorer, Thomas.
Alongside Thomas, four incoming transfers — Maddox, Ezewiro, Sibley and Robinson — all will play critical roles.
After finishing last season just outside the Top 10 in the MaxPreps Top 100 rankings, the Warriors have something to prove this season after falling just short of the GEICO Nationals' title game.
They will take part in two elite tournaments, traveling to the 'Iolani Classic in December and the Bass Pro Tournament of Champions in January.
The Warriors also play No. 11 Bishop Gorman in a nationally-televised Hoophall Classic game and are likely to earn an invitation back to their 11th GEICO Nationals at the end of the year. There, anything is possible.
