Milano got themselves on the board against Somerville on Friday, but Somerville never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Yeguas. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won ten matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Milano got a massive performance out of Jackson Reyes, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one double. Reyes has become a key player for the Eagles: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 6-8-1 otherwise. Daniel Frei was another key player, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and one triple.

Milano was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .462. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive contests.

Milano pushed their record up to 13-8-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Somerville, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

As of now, neither Milano nor the Yeguas have any future games scheduled.
