Liberal got themselves on the board against Greenfield on Tuesday, but Greenfield never followed suit. They blew past the Wildcats 15-0. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Liberal pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Greenfield, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Looking ahead, Liberal will square off against El Dorado Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greenfield, they will welcome East Newton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
