The Fishers Tigers put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They strolled past Carroll with points to spare, taking the game 66-50. Given Fishers' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while Carroll is ranked 129th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Leading Fishers to victory were Jonanthony Hall and Keenan Garner. Hall scored 20 points along with five assists, while Garner scored 22 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Garner hasn't dropped below 15points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Zachary, who scored seven points.
Fishers pushed their record up to 15-0 with that victory, which was their ninth straight at home. As for Carroll, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
Fishers and Franklin Central will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Carroll, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Fort Wayne Snider at 7:30 p.m.
