That makes it three consecutive games in which Hain has scored at least 25% of Grace Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Patrick Wells, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Dayspring Christian Academy came up short against Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy last Saturday and fell 61-52. Dayspring Christian Academy has struggled against Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy recently, as their match last Saturday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
The victory got Grace Christian back to even at 3-3. As for Dayspring Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
Everything came up roses for Grace Christian against Dayspring Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in January as the team secured a 53-26 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Grace Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
