Prospect Ridge Academy had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They strolled past the Bennett Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 73-55.

Prospect Ridge Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ezekiel Bote, who shot 71% from the field en route to 25 points in addition to six boards and five steals. The dominant performance gave Bote a new career-high in points. Liam Schilling was another key player, going 7-for-11 to rack up 17 points and seven steals.

Prospect Ridge Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They posted six more assists than Bennett's also-impressive total of 12.

Bennett's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Stiers is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed four or more in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jayden Ivory, who went 5-for-7 en route to 16 points and five boards.

Prospect Ridge Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6. As for Bennett, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-6 record this season.

Prospect Ridge Academy and Bennett are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Prospect Ridge Academy will welcome Delta at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Prospect Ridge Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 games. As for Bennett, they will face off against Eaton at 7:00 p.m. on March 7th. Eaton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.5 points per game this season.
