Malcolm is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Lincoln Lutheran is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Clippers will host the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lincoln Lutheran took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Malcolm, who comes in off a win.
Malcolm is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Palmyra: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Clippers blew the Panthers out of the water with a 49-13 final score. The Clippers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 36 points or more this season.

Brixon Meyer had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 167 yards and three scores while picking up 9.3 yards per carry. Those 167 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Gavin Little, who rushed for 28 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Malcolm didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Palmyra to a completion percentage of just 46.4%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from six players: Little, Miles McGill, Preston Kucera, Austin Sykes, Cade Kobza, and Kenton McGill, who each logged one passes deflected. Malcolm hasn't an opponent to post a completion percentage of 0.39 or higher in three consecutive matchups.
Malcolm didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kucera and Meyer.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 34 points the game before, Lincoln Lutheran was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a hard 31-13 fall against Bishop Neumann. The Warriors have struggled against the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Malcolm will have to contain Henry Prokop as he made an impact in Lincoln Lutheran's last game. He threw for 178 yards and one TD, and also rushed for 89 yards. A healthy portion of Prokop's aerial production (107 yards to be exact) went to Trenton Ernst.
Malcolm's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Lincoln Lutheran, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-2.
Everything came up roses for Malcolm against Lincoln Lutheran in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 37-7 win. In that contest, the Clippers amassed a halftime lead of 30-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
