Rudy Rios Goes Supernova in Centennial Victory
Centennial picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Rudy Rios. Rios turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 138 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also catching a touchdown.
Centennial's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Rios' next matchup is against Organ Mountain on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Kason Perez Delivers Electric Performance Vs Alamogordo
Carlsbad found a leader in Kason Perez as the team took down Alamogordo on Friday. Perez was unstoppable, throwing for 265 yards and three touchdowns.
The win got Carlsbad back to even at 4-4. Perez and Carlsbad will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Las Cruces at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

A Season-Best Effort from Jordan Lucas Leads Centennial over Hobbs
Jordan Lucas produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Centennial to the win on Friday. Lucas rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 54 receiving yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 59 yards.
Lucas and Centennial will face off against Organ Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hawks got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Knights, probably because Lucas had a solid game then too: he picked up 29 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Centennial Gets a Boost from Davis in 51-12 Victory
Zaiden Davis's big game helped extend Centennial's winning streak to seven on Friday. Hobbs had no answer to Davis as he rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 117 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes.
On the season, Davis has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 112.7 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had 11 rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 19.

Dylan Hergenreder Dazzles in Alamogordo Defeat
Rounding off our Top Five is Dylan Hergenreder of Alamogordo. Hergenreder rushed for 77 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 38 receiving yards.
Alamogordo is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. Hergenreder and Alamogordo are taking a road trip to square off against Las Cruces at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
