Make it ten blowout wins for the South Sevier Rams this season. They put the hurt on Millard with a sharp  66-42 win on Thursday. With South Sevier ahead  39-17 at the half, the  match was all but over already.
 South Sevier's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Caitlin Nielson led the charge by  scoring 13 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals.  Kinsey Parsons was another key contributor,  scoring 12 points along with eight  rebounds.
 Millard's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Sydney Braman, who  scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Emily Stephenson, who  scored four points along with two  steals.
 Millard  struggled to work together and  finished the game with only four  assists. They  were crushed by their opponents in that department as South Sevier  racked up 11  assists.
 South Sevier has  been performing  well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 13 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. As for Millard,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 6-13.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Sevier will stay at home for another  game and welcome the Wolves at 7:00  p.m.  on January 30th. Hopefully Enterprise focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 16 last Tuesday. As for Millard, they will look to defend their home court  on Thursday against the Wildcats at 7:00  p.m. Water Canyon has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 5.
