Hamilton put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Libby Loggers, posting a 40-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Broncs also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.

Hamilton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cooper Weston, who threw for 287 yards and three TDs, and also punched in one score on the ground. The Broncs also got help from Jackson Lubke, who showed off his sure hands for 164 receiving yards.

Hamilton's run defense was locked in: Libby could only muster 2.1 yards per carry. While two picked up at least four total tackles, Weston stood above the rest. He threw for 287 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in one score on the ground. Hamilton didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 6.5.

Hamilton's record is now 3-0. As for Libby, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Coming up, Hamilton will head out to square off against Stevensville at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. This will be the Broncs' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. After each having a week off, Libby and Polson will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. The match will also give the Loggers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
