Frazier's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kolby Stewart, who went 7 of 13 on his way to 17 points and six rebounds. Stewart's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Conlan Higbee, who went 7 for 13 en route to 15 points.
Bentworth got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ben Hays out in front who posted 21 points and four steals. Hays has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Christopher Harper was another key player, putting up 23 points.
Frazier's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Bentworth, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season.
