A Season-Best Effort from Chris Germinal Leads Immokalee over Aubrey Rogers
Chris Germinal produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Immokalee to the win on Friday. Germinal threw for 327 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 14.9 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 83-yard run.
The victory (which was Immokalee's fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Germinal and Immokalee will look to defend their home field on Friday against Gulf Coast at 7:30 p.m.

As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign : he picked up 59 receiving yards and a touchdown. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 61 yards.
For the year, Messenger has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 33 receiving yards per game.
