Wilmington won the last time they faced Shawsheen Valley Tech, and things went their way on Friday, too. Wilmington had just enough and edged out Shawsheen Valley Tech 10-7. The margin of victory was a little narrower than expected seeing as Wilmington are ranked 118 places ahead of Shawsheen Valley Tech in the state rankings. This was the first game for both teams, giving Wilmington a 1-0 record and starting Shawsheen Valley Tech off at 0-1.
Next week Wilmington take on Bedford at 7:00 PM. As for Shawsheen Valley Tech, they will face off against Arlington Catholic.
