The St. Paul Indians's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell to Oswego 55-50. St. Paul was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Oswego apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.
Oswego found their leader in underclassman Owen Jackson, who scored 19 points along with 4 steals. Jackson is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Tanner O'Neal was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
St. Paul's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Oswego, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Paul's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Pleasanton at 5:00 p.m. on December 15th. Oswego will take on Erie at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
