Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Summertown). They blew past the Battle Creek Grizzlies 97-32 on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.

Kurt Burleson was his usual excellent self, putting up 17 points along with eight boards and three steals. The match was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Campbell, who posted ten points in addition to seven assists and three steals.

Summertown is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 43.4 points. As for Battle Creek, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Summertown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 66-40 victory against Spring Hill on the 17th. As for Battle Creek, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Franklin Classical School at 5:00 p.m. on December 21st.
