On Friday, McEwen are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Perry County at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
McEwen had enough points to win and then some against Stewart County last Friday, winning 21-6.
Perry County came within a touchdown against Houston County last week, but wound up with a 0-13 loss.
McEwen's win lifted them to 1-1 while Perry County's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if McEwen can add another positive mark to their record or if Perry County can shake off the loss and take the spring out of McEwen's step.
