The Bethel Assembly Christian Academy Eagles had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 37.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 48-38 win over Victory Christian. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bethel Assembly Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.
Kaydee Beachboard was her usual excellent self, scoring 11 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Coleen Askew, who scored six points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Bethel Assembly Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Victory Christian, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethel Assembly Christian Academy will take on Unity Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Victory Christian, they will play host again and welcome Bethel Christian, where tip off is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
