The Payson Longhorns stacked an 11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 63-3 victory over Crismon at home. That 60 points margin sets a new team best for Payson this season.
It was another big night for Lizzy White, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Hannah Sarnowski, who scored nine points along with six assists and five rebounds.
Payson's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Crismon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Payson will take on Snowflake at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crismon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gilbert Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
