After a string of five wins, Wagoner's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Tahlequah Tigers by a score of 10-9. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 10-2.

Wagoner's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Tahlequah, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.

Coincidentally, Wagoner and Tahlequah will both be playing Oktaha the next time they take the field. Wagoner will head out to face Oktaha at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Tahlequah will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
