Marshall Christian Academy can bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against the First Assembly Christian Lions by a score of 62-53. The Stallions' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, First Assembly Christian still got an impressive performance from Bryce Sasser, who went 9 for 19 on his way to 29 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Garrison Williams, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten boards.

Marshall Christian Academy's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for First Assembly Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.

Marshall Christian Academy will look to defend their home court on Monday against Glen Iris Baptist at 7:00 p.m. First Assembly Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
