In what's become a running theme this season, the Altamonte Christian Eagles gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They blew past Orangewood Christian 89-53 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Altamonte Christian sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Altamonte Christian was led to victory by Ryan Almeda and Vincent Lee. Almeda scored 18 points, while Lee scored 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lee has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Marcel Ksiazek, who scored ten points.
When it comes to explaining why Orangewood Christian lost, one person who can't be blamed is Noah Rigg. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points. That's the first time this season that Rigg scored 15 or more points. Roby McClarnon was another key contributor, scoring eight points.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Altamonte Christian will take on Ocoee at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ocoee presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Altamonte Christian in Florida (Ocoee is ranked 69th, while Altamonte Christian is ranked 225th). As for Orangewood Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against The First Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 24th. Hopefully The First Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 last Monday.
