LaConner's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for South Whidbey, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
LaConner will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Concrete at 6:00 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
