After a string of four wins, the Westside Rams's good fortune finally ran out  on Friday. They were the victim of a  tough 74-53 defeat at the hands of Greenville. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss Westside has suffered  since December 20, 2023.
 When it comes to explaining why Westside lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Joshua Williams. Despite the final result, he  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and ten  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kmajay Jenkins, who  scored six points along with eight  rebounds and two  blocks.
 Westside's defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 10-9. As for Greenville, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with that  victory, which was their fourth straight  on the road.
 Westside will  challenge Greenwood at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in South Carolina (Greenwood is ranked 38th, while Westside is ranked 55th). As for Greenville, they will be playing at home against Berea at 7:30  p.m.  on Monday.
