The Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs will head out to take on the Atlantic Coast Stingrays at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Flagler Palm Coast is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top against Creekside by a score of 9-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Adam Kleinfelder made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for Flagler Palm Coast: the team is undefeated when he allows at most one hit, but 7-16 otherwise. Kleinfelder was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Carson Flis, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI and two runs. Flagler Palm Coast is undefeated when Flis posts three or more RBI, but 7-16 otherwise. Julius Paden also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Meanwhile, Atlantic Coast hadn't done well against Sandalwood recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Stingrays won by a run and slipped past the Saints 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Stingrays have posted since March 11th.
Carson Bullard looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Kamari Tamaseu was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3.
Atlantic Coast was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sandalwood only posted a batting average of .280.
Atlantic Coast is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.2 runs over those games. As for Flagler Palm Coast, their record is now 10-16.
Flagler Palm Coast took their victory against Atlantic Coast in their previous matchup back in May of 2023 by a conclusive 15-5 score. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Stingrays have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
