The Ganado Indians's four-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They came out on top against Schulenburg by a score of 42-31. The victory was just what Ganado needed coming off of a 62-19 defeat in their prior matchup.
Zoey Ybarra was the offensive standout of the game as she dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played. Laci Holt was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with six rebounds.
Ganado's win bumped their record up to 12-17. As for Schulenburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-24.
Ganado will head out on the road to take on Louise at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Louise is on a six-game streak of home losses, Ganado a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. Schulenburg will take on Weimar at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
