Natalia's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Leyla Saenz led the charge by scoring 21 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Anaya Jones, who scored 14 points along with 5 steals.
Pearsall has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Natalia, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Pearsall's road trip will continue as they head out to face Charlotte at 8:30 a.m. on December 2nd. As for Natalia, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Jourdanton at 8:30 a.m. Jourdanton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
