11 must be Kokomo's lucky number: they beat Anderson with that score not once but twice on Saturday. The Wildkats beat the Indians by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 11-1. Considering the Wildkats have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Emma Lees made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Lees was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April.
