The Ola Mustangs and the Harris County Tigers squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Ola Mustangs had to settle for second. Ola was the victim of a rough 42-20 loss at the hands of Harris County. Ola has been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.
Mataye Youman was his usual excellent self, rushing for 200 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of Ran Ogletree, who picked up 119 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Ola's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Harris County, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.
Ola does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Harris County will square off against Statesboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Statesboro is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
