Bates Came Up Big in Garfield's 40-0 Win
Starting off the list is Garfield's Devin Bates, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Bates rushed for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Those 120 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Crestview picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jake Noling. Noling turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 101 yards and two touchdowns on perfect 8-for-8 passing, while also rushing for 82 yards on only six carries.
On the season, Noling has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 78.4 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 7.18 passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 118.9 passer rating.
