The Oconee Christian Academy Warriors lost against the Our Lady of the Rosary Lions back in November of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Oconee Christian Academy was the victim of a tough 57-36 loss at the hands of the Lions. Oconee Christian Academy has not had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Despite the loss, Oconee Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Carson Duncan, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Chuck Brooks, who scored six points.
Oconee Christian Academy's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-10. As for Our Lady of the Rosary, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
Oconee Christian Academy will head out on the road to take on the Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Our Lady of the Rosary, they will be playing at home against the Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in South Carolina (Cambridge Academy is ranked 275th, while the Lions are ranked 250th).
